About Brigitte

Hello, I am Brigitte! I am a 26-year-old College Student with 10 years of Child Care experience. I recently worked as a Teacher's Assistant at a Montessori daycare/preschool for three years in California. I relocated back to the Central Coast, where I was born and raised, in spring 2026. I have worked with many families here. From September 2020 to August 2023, I provided care for a family of five over a period of three years. I have cared for ages 0-13. I have experience working with neurodivergent children (Autism and ADHD). I am a first-generation college student. I am majoring in Communication Sciences and Disorders with the goal of becoming a Speech and Language Pathologist. I have taken classes on Emotional Intelligence, Trauma Prevention and Recovery, and Family Systems. I have nine Early Child Education credits. I love story-time, arts n' crafts, music, dancing, cooking, and taking advantage of the beautiful nature and weather here on the coast!
