About Brigit

Hello everyone, My name is Brigit, and I am a current graduate student in Michigan seeking opportunities to support families with child caretaking needs! I have four years of paid childcare experience, along with additional volunteer work with children. Previously, I worked in two Texas public elementary schools as a teacher's aide in the after-school program. More recently, I served as an aide at a children's house on a Michigan campus. In the past, I ran a nonprofit organization which focused on improving children's literacy and development across multiple local elementary schools. I also have experience providing informal babysitting care. Through these roles, I have gained extensive experience working with preschool and elementary-aged children.
