About Brigit

I am a 46-year-old mother of two grown sons who has worked in child care most of my life. I started as a daycare helper at 12 years old, spent my teens babysitting, have worked as a nanny, mothers helper and as an in home care provider for severely disabled children who are wards of the state. Most recently I spent 10 years running a large, two site recreational afterschool program for k-5th graders in mckinleyville and k-8th grade summer camps through Mckinleyville Community Servive District & a 0-4 years playgroup through First 5 of California. I love working with children of all ages and backgrounds and I have experience both personal experience as a mother and professional experience with working with neurodivergent children. I am first aide and CPR certified :)
