About Brigid

Hi! My name is Brigid, and I'm a patient, dependable, and safety-focused caregiver who truly enjoys caring for children. I have four years of experience as a lifeguard and am trained in infant and child CPR, First Aid, and AED use. Safety is always my top priority, and I bring a calm, attentive presence to every caregiving situation. I come from a large Irish Catholic family in the Chicago area, so caring for babies and young children has always been a natural part of my life. I've helped care for my cousins' infants and toddlers and am comfortable with daily routines and playtime. I'm a Xavier University alum with a double major in Business Analytics and Marketing and previously worked for Unilever as a Sales Analyst. I'm currently job hunting in Chicago to be closer to family and will be available through the end of May. Families can count on me to be reliable, patient, and communicative, while always prioritizing children's safety and well-being.
