About Brigid

I have been caring for children for the past 18 years. During that time I spent three years as a preschool teacher's assistant in a class of 4-year-olds. Additionally, I have nannied for 3 different families with children ranging in age from 6 weeks to 8 years old. Both of my children are older and I would love to find a way to share the same attention and care that I gave to my own children to other kiddos while their parent(s) are at work. I recently finished caring for the same child since he was 6 weeks old. He is now 5 and starts school this fall- I will miss him! I'm ideally looking to connect with a family that works in education- my husband is a guidance counselor and we tend to travel during the summer. A family with the same sort of schedule would be fantastic as our needs/availability would match. I will be renewing my first aid/CPR certifications this summer.
