Hi! My name is Brigeth, and I'm a caring, patient, and dependable senior care provider based in Des Moines. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, CPR certified, and have completed CNA classes, giving me training in caregiving, safety, communication, and supporting daily needs. I truly enjoy helping others and believe seniors deserve to feel respected, comfortable, heard, and cared for. I'm attentive, compassionate, organized, and dependable, and I always try to make each person feel comfortable and valued. I'm happy to assist with companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, grocery shopping, organization, and daily routines. I can also provide transportation when appropriate and help with reminders and other non-medical support.
