My history of childcare includes 15+ years of primarily in-home experience. This includes both big groups and 1:1 care with a variety of ages, from infant to teen. I feel strongly that every family is different and the structure of care I provide for a child depends on what that family prefers. I have a good balance of structure and flexibility and I'm not afraid of a challenge. I enjoy a variety of activities, including outdoor play, sports (I'm a track and field coach!), lots of art and crafts and educational games that promote learning. I'm patient, creative and friendly but can be firm when it's required. I'm not pushy, I let kids steer the "getting to know you" stages. I have experience with children on the spectrum, ADHD and learning disabilities. I'm not afraid of sick kids and am happy to help with homework.

If you are looking for someone reliable, on time and hands-on, Brienna is for you!! She has been working with us for a while now as a pick-up/drop-off Nanny. Everyday she comes at 7 am sharp, gets lunches and snacks ready for the kids, prepares breakfast and drives our little boy to Daycare. She needs little to no guidance, which shows her experience. She also has helped us when baby was sick. While she is babysitting, she also helps us with the kids laundry, light cleaning in the kitchen and putting things away. Most importantly our kids adore her! I highly recommend and we will continue to work with her.
