I'd describe my personality as compassionate, attentive, and trustworthy. I love working with children because it is rewarding to support their growth and development. I am currently studying child psychology at Bay Path University, which has helped me understand how children think, learn, and develop. I enjoy creating a safe and nurturing environment where children feel supported and comfortable as they grow. I am looking for a position where I can build a trusting relationship with both children and their family. I value communication, safety, and consistency. My top skills are patience, behavior management, and communication, strengthened through my experience as a behavior technician working with autistic children, where I learned to stay calm, use positive reinforcement, and support both children and families.
