About Bridget

My name is Bridget and I am a capable and compassionate individual with experience with geriatric and dementia care. As a former in-home caregiver, I provided around-the-clock care to two married patients both suffering from different stages of dementia. As their dementia became more debilitating, their needs and my time spent with them increased and fortified my love of this kind of care. They became grandparents I never had! Navigating life in the throes of aging can be lonesome and agitating for individuals and I want to be the person who can bring my best traits to life and assist in improving the quality of life. Additional duties: Meal preparation adhering to the diet needs of patients; Laundry and light housekeeping; Responding to the physical, emotional and developmental needs of individuals; Establishing trusting relationships Thank you for reading.
