As a Nanny, I believe it is my job to be an extension of the parents. I will honor your parental role and choices in how to raise your children. I follow the principle of "Mary Poppins" and believe fun is the best way to learn. However Unlike Mary Poppins, I explain both to the parents and the children my purpose in all my decisions. Additionally, I have also worked for non-profit organizations within the scope of providing support, safety, and mentorship to children as a social worker and therapeutic behavioral specialist. I have seen a child's growth in all phases of life, from when they have been neglected to given healthy positive support. I have learned that the lessons are learned inside of the home and that is why I quit my corporate job to be Nanny.

Bridget was always prompt for her shifts and very communicative. She quickly adapted to our son’s needs and clearly communicated with us when needed. She respected our boundaries and asked questions when appropriate. Bridget was flexible and maneuvered around our busy schedules.

Bridget cared for our infant, from 3-6 months old, and was absolutely wonderful. She has a strong understanding of child development and always supported our baby with age-appropriate activities that encouraged growth. She communicated clearly, kept us updated, and was honest, dependable, and kind. We felt completely at ease knowing our baby was in such thoughtful, capable hands. I absolutely recommend Bridget as an experienced, caring, and reliable child care provider. 

Bridget is professional, knowledgeable and adaptable! She is very calm and connected quickly with my five month old. She also is a great communicator with adults which makes scheduling and expectations easy to discuss and understand.

Bridget was so wonderful with our 5 month old son! We hired Bridget to fill the gap of time between maternity/paternity leave and starting day care. Bridget was very involved with assisting in our son's development. She played and helped him practice how to crawl, read and sang to him, took him on stroller walks, and assisted us in the difficult transition of constant contact napping to independent napping. Bridget was very easy to communicate with and provided helpful ideas for toys and other items us first time parents wouldn't think of. I definitely recommend Bridget for your family!

Bridget was a wonderful addition to our family as the nanny for our two children - ages 2 months and 5 at the time. She cared for our family for 2.5 years and was reliable, helpful, and most important nurturing. She is highly recommended!! 

Bridget came over to our house early in the morning, got our 3 girls ready, and did school drop off. She was a life saver while I was working. 

Bridget is great at her job and will love your children as if they are her own. She is great with kids of all age groups ranging from newborn and up. Bridget is great. She helped us during a time of unexpected need. She was awesome with our four year old daughter, connected with her right away, and always had fun activities planned for their days together. She always arrived five minutes early and always kept in great communication with us. We will definitely hire her again.

Bridget bonded with our boys immediately and felt like part of our family from day one! She was always so dependable and always went the extra mile to make sure the boys and I were happy and comfortable. We wish we could have kept her longer. We definitely still plan on using her for date nights!

All of our kids have always looked forward Bridgett coming. She is a good example plus relates well to all age groups. I was a foster mom and have had about 20 children Bridgett helped  with. She is the only person who would come to our home that All of our children really respected and liked. Bridgett would be a blessing to any child she comes in contact with. Bridget was our nanny for over 2 years. If I could give her more stars I would. We did not know Bridget before she was our nanny and years later she is still a part of our lives.  She cared for our two daughters while my wife and I worked full time.  She is very reliable, responsible, and trustworthy, but that is just the beginning. Bridget is one of the most caring people I know and exhibited patience and compassion with our children.  She worked very well with us to maintain house rules for the kids, get homework done as well as  reinforce the countless life lessons we wanted to teach our girls.  Our kids still use some of the "Bridget-isms" she taught them to help them throughout their day. Bridget truly is a gifted caregiver and a genuinely good person.  She is fun and brought so much joy into our household.  If you are looking for someone to care for your children, I give Bridget my highest recommendation.
