My decision to become a caregiver was driven by my desire to make a positive impact on children's lives and support families in need. My approach to childcare is centered around patience, kindness, and open communication. I believe in fostering a strong relationship with both children and parents, and I follow the parents' preferred communication method to ensure that they are always informed about their child's day and any issues that may arise.
