About Bridget

I am a 37-year-old mom to 2 beautiful boys looking for occasional care jobs. I currently work part time as a postpartum doula, but have many years of experience caring for seniors. I hold a graduate degree in holistic nutrition, and am passionate about nurturing people through food. I'm experienced in providing transportation, running errands, light housekeeping, preparing meals, and assisting with physical activity and mobility. I'm also adept at supporting those with dementia, including adapting to changing routines, managing confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I prioritize creating a comfortable environment and always follow the family's preferred communication method. I am patient and kind by nature and love caring for others.
