I am passionate about children and their development. I feel I have natural ability for helping their growth and empowering them to learn with self-assurance. I believe that children flourish in an environment that is patient, nurturing, and promotes their creative expression. I'd describe my personality as thoughtful, patient and hardworking. I like working with kids because it gives me joy to care and watch them grow and I always felt called to work with kids. I'm looking for a job that is a long-term fit where I can grow with the family. I want a position where I can build a strong relationship with the parents and the kids. I want to have clear communication and mutual respect. I started working with kids when I was 15, I would babysit here and there. But I just started working in a daycare a year ago. In my spare time, I like to go hiking, traveling. Something about me is that I am reliable and hardworking. My skills include patience, empathy, problem solving.
