She kept them entertained with a mix of games, crafts, and outdoor activities, and even got them to clean up afterward, which was a bonus! She was punctual and reliable, and we appreciated the updates she sent us throughout the day. It gave us peace of mind knowing the kids were in good hands. The only reason we're giving four stars instead of five is because there was a small miscommunication regarding snack time leading to a mix-up of after dinner snack and mid-day, but it wasn’t a big deal and was quickly resolved.

She went above and beyond in every way, ensuring they were not only well looked after but also had an enjoyable time while we were away. Brianna demonstrated exceptional communication skills, keeping us updated regularly with how the kids were doing. She was very attentive to their needs and ensured they followed their routine, which made the transition smooth for everyone. Her ability to engage both children, tailoring activities to suit their ages and interests, was impressive. Our kids absolutely loved the arts and crafts, storytime, and outdoor play she organized.

Brianna was absolutely fantastic - she was our sitter overnight for 5 days out of the week, due to my husband being in the Reserves and me working overnight at hospital! She was warm, friendly, and immediately put our child who has Autism at ease. She handled bedtime routines seamlessly and even took the initiative to tidy up after playtime. We appreciated her professionalism and her genuine care for our child. Brianna went above and beyond, and it was clear she has a natural talent with kids. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again and highly recommend her to other families!

An absolute amazing companion for young children. Brianna came ready to the job with all her clearances (child abuse clearance, etc.) She was very responsive and never let us down by calling out, or missing a late night sit in. She was able to do day, afternoon and even overnight! You can't get all three in one sitter, ever..She was an absolute doll and my husband & I would absolutely hire again!! My children had an absolute blast while in her care😊

Brianna was exceedingly helpful babysitting my three children (ages 8, 6, and 3) for several years now. Picking them up from hockey/swim practice, cooking meals, outdoor play time, helping with homework and building forts were a huge specialty of hers.

Brianna was an excellent caretaker for my two young twin children. Whether it was a last minute or scheduled night out, she was reliable! Brianna succeeded in using the right tone of voice and is always a helping hand in cleaning up the house after feeding, story or play time, napping, etc.. Our family will sure miss her.

I hired Brianna to babysit three mornings a week.  She started on a Tuesday.  She couldn't babysit the next day because her grandmother died, okay, understandable.  She said she would definitely be able to babysit Friday.  She's supposed to be here by 7:30, a few minutes after I texted her and asked if she was coming,  She texted me nearly an hour later and said she was waiting for results of a Covid test because she had been exposed the day before.  She then texted me Sunday night and said she couldn't be here Monday because of her grandmother's funeral, but said she would be able to work Wednesday and Friday.  She texted me Tuesday night and said she's staying at her grandmother's house until it's sold and is an hour and 10 minutes away and she has to find a new job.  I get that bad luck is bad luck, but there was no need to string me along like that, I hired a babysitter so I could work and an unreliable babysitter makes me look unreliable.
