Really great gal who worked for me for well over 1 year. She was asked to come 1x per month at her convenience, due to having a small child at home. That's ZERO problem to work around her childcare. We left for 6-8 months in Oct 2021 and wished for Bri to "keep her job with us" by continuing to clean drawers, cupboards etc while we were gone snowbirding to AZ. No problem and she did great. Came home in June'22 and ready for her to continue her job, as she had previously. NO CONTACT from her for 2 months. So, I texted her today, Aug 1, and she texted back "it's best you find a new house-cleaner" after a 2 months of waiting for her to show-up. That's a problem! Bri is a great worker and did a great job. No personality quirks, good hard work ethic. I just feel kinda "used" after holding her into a cleaning job for 6+ months and continuing to pay her then returning and her being a no-show and giving me no communication. As I told her... Not Cool!
