Brianna is an absolutely wonderful nanny. She was the first childcare provider we hired for our baby who was 7 months old when Brianna started. We worked with her until she was 10 months. We found Brianna on care.com and she helped us out a couple times a week. At first Brianna can come off as a bit quiet and shy, but she is just a calm person and our baby ended up adoring her. Brianna was on time, responsible, prepared, always kept the baby fed and clean, followed the baby's lead in playing and reading books, kept track of all naps, milk intake, meals, etc. She was willing to work alongside us while we worked from home and was very open to all of our instructions and suggestions, while also offering us a few of her own ideas and insights from her experience as a mother of two. Many of these ideas were really helpful to us as new parents. Brianna is the only other person in the world we trust alone with our baby. We will consider her part of our family forever.
