Brianna refused to provide proof of CPR training and/or referrals for previous childcare experiences. When I asked for these things for the interview process she said that her having a child and a subscription with Care.com should be enough to prove she is a good babysitter. She then proceeded to message me in a disrespectful, rude and aggravated tone. I'm glad I asked for proof of everything before hiring her because I would not trust her in my home with my belongings and kids. If you are desperate enough to hire her, just make sure you do your research thoroughly on her background.
