About Brianna

Hi! I'm Brianna--a heart-led caregiver with over a decade of experience supporting both children and seniors. I'm a proud mom to a creative 8-year-old boy. I have over 10 years of childcare experience, and more than 7 years of senior care experience--teaching senior yoga. companionship, and wellness support. I've also been teaching yoga for over 7 years, blending mindfulness and movement in a way that gently supports all ages. I hold a degree in Holistic Health and bring a holistic, whole-person approach to my caregiving. Whether I'm engaging children in meaningful, sensory-rich play or supporting a senior's physical and emotional well-being, I strive to create a calm, uplifting environment where every person feels safe, seen, and supported. I'm happy to help in homes with furry companions and see them as part of the family too.
