I'm an childhood psychology and education major at Molloy University with personal and hands-on experience supporting individuals with special needs. As someone with ADHD and autism myself, I understand the importance of patience, empathy, and individualized care. I've babysat a child with ADHD and trained my anxious cat to respond to commands like sit, stay, and spin. I'm the President of Molloy's Psychology Club, an active member of the Education Club and LEAD (Leaders Empowering Advocates for Diversity), and I assist a professor in a course for students with disabilities that teaches executive functioning, self-care, and independent living skills. I also volunteer as a Student Contact Mentor, offering peer support to students with disabilities who feel homesick, overwhelmed, or need guidance.
