I worked a year at an independent living facility in Worcester helping the rehab floor patients. That was anyone with dementia, hospice, sickness, stroke, MS, etc. I showered, brought them to activities in the building and kept track of everyone's daily schedules. That was 13 rooms on just one floor per a PCA. Currently, I take care of two patients, one through Tri-Valley elder services as a PCA.
