I was a lead Waitstaff and worked very closely with all of the residents and did lots of training on how to work with patients with dementia and Alzheimer's. I lived with my grandma for a large portion of my life and have always had a soft spot for the elderly! I used to work with one of the residents where I'd visit them once a week, do light housekeeping, get stuff done that she wasn't able to physically, and overall kept her company!
