She agreed to babysit and then completely ghosted. We were relying on her. I reached out after she agreed to confirm she was still available and she left me on read. I understand life happens and despite agreeing to a job people can't make it. The least she could have done was given me a heads up. My husband had to miss work due to her lack of reliability.
