I'm a fun loving, creative, and enthusiastic 22-year-old looking for more experiences working with children and teens :) The past 3 years I have experience working with children with special needs for the Autism Society of NC. I've worked with those on the spectrum from age 4 all the way to 65+! I also have experience with Rett Syndrome, ADHD, and other special needs from various volunteer opportunities/a past job as a habilitation technician. I've just graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with my teaching certification in Adapted Curriculum Special Education and minors in Psychology and ABA. I've also now worked for multiple families through Care. com that include kids of different ability levels and ages! At school, I also have experience working as a writing tutor at the University Learning Center, Resident Assistant in the residence halls, and a tour guide on campus.
