About Brianna

Briana posted a rate and was only asked to do basic things like vacuum floors and wash floors in a small space -- as well as she was told that she wouldn't need to bring any supplies other than her own rubber gloves if she wanted them. She basicly asked questions and I answered -- told her I used to be a cleaner and that this was not one of those things where you have to come and get the whole house cleaned and deep cleaned over a space of time but that it would just be 2- 3 hours of basic cleaning and that's that. Then she asked me what rate and I said well the rate you posted sounds fine for start. She didn't like that - rather than proposing something else she proceeded to tell me off and how I would have good luck finding someone --- she said that she had forgotten to update her rate - Well that's fine but then say so ... and most people would say 'oh I'm sorry, I forgot I hadn't updated - how about this rate - would that work for you?" but no. Very immature.
