For the past four years, I've provided respite care, transportation, light housekeeping, medical management, and mobility assistance. I also have experience de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always respecting their preferred method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and personal history is important to me. I am CPR certified and have a bachelor's degree in psychology and a minor in human development and family studies. My approach is compassionate, friendly, professional, and detail-oriented.
