Hello! Working as a nanny for the past 10+ years, I understand the difference having a little help can make. School can be stressful - for both child and parents - and I would love to help relieve some of that stress. Having earned an Associates degree in Early Childhood Education, I understand pedagogy, or the principles and science behind teaching. My time working in classrooms has helped to hone those skills. In addition, my university studies have given me a broad background of knowledge as I am currently finishing a double major in Communicative Disorders and Art & Design with an emphasis in Illustration. Proficient in both Spanish and ASL and working towards that same level in French, I can help both those whom English isn't their first language, as well as those who are looking to learn new languages. Not professional, ghosted out of the conversation after she gave me her number to arrange tutoring services. I followed up twice and was left on read. It's one thing to ghost unwanted attention on a social site, but to engage in conversation positively and give out a number to arrange an interview then just drop off the planet on a job site is quite another. Pretty disappointed about my time being wasted since I pay for this subscription.
