About Brian

Seniors deserve to be treated with respect, compassion and my caregiving reflects that. I've worked many different kinds of jobs over the course of my life but none have given me more pleasure than the ones where I'm able to help people. My experience with caregiving stems from caring for my mother the last 13 years of her life as she slowly lost her memory from vascular dementia. What started as just helping out with the bills turned into managing four caregivers, deciding healthy diets, handling all doctors appointments, medication dispensing and towards the end 24-hour care including a live-in caregiver. This experience really opened my eyes and my heart to those suffering from dementia. It became apparent to me when managing my mom's healthcare that some caregivers are there because they truly love helping others while the other Care caregivers were there just for the money. My reason for being a caregiver is because I'm one of those that truly loves caring for people.
