About Briana

Hello! I am an Albany-based Nanny with ample experience and a strong passion for my work. My personal style of care-taking is entirely based around empathy, honesty, and patience. Giving children the freedom to be themselves always while also maintaining a well structured environment. I have previously cared for two wonderful families over the last three years all varying in age groups; from infancy through elementary. Working alongside these children these last few years has certainly taught me that each day is always a new adventure! I do have a strong background in Child Care coursework as well as time spent as a Lead Teacher at a local Pre-School so I always come equipped with activity plans carefully thought out and infused with creativity to boost children's development at such pivotal ages. Growing up in a large family encouraged me to become the dedicated and outgoing Nanny I am today. My top priority helping children grow and learn in a safe and educational environment.
