About Briana

I'd describe my personality as patient, compassionate, thoughtful. I have enjoyed a successful 13 year career caregiving as a registered nurse, I especially enjoy caring for pediatric patients. It was a privilege to work alongside parents and be trusted to be a part of the child's "village". I'm looking for a communicative family that provides direction as to how the child is used to being cared for, and their individualized needs. I started working with kids 13 years ago after graduating nursing school I built a nursing career in the postpartum specialty. One thing you should know about me is I am attentive to the specific preferences and needs each family has and am willing and ready to accommodate and customize the care I render. 3 skills include: 1. Attentive listening and observing children including nonverbal communication 2. Providing a nurturing environment to regulate emotions 3. Adhering to the direction and principles of the household established by parents
