About Briana

Briana is simply exceptional. Our son was born premature and I was so worried about having a nanny. All my fears were quickly eliminated when we started working with Briana. She is the utmost professional, highly dedicated, very experienced, exceptionally skilled, and extremely caring. She cared for our son from the time he was just a few months old until preschool. The only reason she's no longer caring for him is that we moved out of the area. I never had to worry when he was with Briana. She is not only experienced and safety minded but she has a degree in early childhood education and was able to provide invaluable expertise when we were having challenges (for example with sleep). At the same time, she has always been extremely respectful of our roles as his parents--asking if we wanted her to share ideas and then sticking to whatever plan we decided. She was extremely understanding of times when Mom anxiety kicked in and I needed a little reassurance that he was doing ok at a particular activity. She's an excellent communicator. I really feel so lucky that we had Briana as a partner in raising our son in those most formative years. She is an absolute gem and any family would be lucky to work with her.
