About Briana

I have loved children for as long as I can remember. I started babysitting when I was 13 for family friends and loved it. I have since held different jobs that worked with kids, and have also nannied and babysat for several families. I have lots of experience with kids of all ages, and have dealt with all kind of situations! I have always been happiest working with children. I have over 15 years of experience. I now have a child of my own who is 2 years old. I lean more towards a gentle parenting approach, but I set boundaries and use a lot of communication, especially for discipline as I explain why we shouldn't do certain things. I incorporate a lot of Montessori philosophies into my care as well. My daughter is very independent, and she has become very good at problem solving, as I usually let her try and find a solution on her own first before I offer assistance. We don't do screen time, and we try to be outdoors as much as possible. Your child will have the best care with me!
