Through my work with Alera B Home Care, I deliver consistent, structured care focused on safety, hygiene, mobility, and assistance with activities of daily living. I have experience using Hoyer lifts and other mobility-assistance devices to support safe transfers, ambulation, bathing, grooming, and toileting. I also provide meal preparation and feeding assistance, medication reminders, and ongoing monitoring for changes in condition or mobility. I am able to assist with essential errands, including grocery shopping and pharmacy pickups.
