I had the wonderful opportunity to work for an organization, an excellent sort to work for where I was employed as a therapeutic staff Specialist. In that position, I was responsible for implementing each client's Individualized Education Plan, also known as IEP for young children diagnosed with a developmental disability. I worked under the instruction of the behavior staff consultant. I provided support in various settings for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Disruptive Behavior Disorder and other developmental disabilities. Having graduated with a degree in Human Services, it was a pleasure to work in that field and gain experience to better assist those in need.
