Booked Bria to care for my daughter and I asked her which day would be best for us to meet in person, she picked the date and while on the way to her home/10 mins prior to the time we were supposed to meet she texted me and let me know she would have to reschedule because she has a birthday party to attend. When I explained that I was on the way she replied "My bad". Then she said we would be able to meet the next day but the next day I did not hear from her. I understand that things happen but letting someone know 10 mins prior to meeting time that you have a birthday dinner to attend is unacceptable especially when she selected the date that would be best for her. I took 2.5 hrs of off work, lost money and was rushing to get me and my daughter ready after I got off work to make sure I met her on time.
