Hi! I am looking for a new family to work with either a couple nights a week or 40-45hrs a week. A bit about my background: I have a degree in elementary education and minored in child development. After 4 years as an educator, I switched to nannying where I gained valuable and life changing growth and experience working with multiple age ranges newborn - 12 years old. CPR & First Aid trained, and have worked with a wide range of special needs, and trained and certified in Conscious Discipline. I've also learned ASL while working with the deaf and hard of hearing. Through my experience with conscious discipline I've learned and believe that relationships govern behavior and it's important to know and understand each child as a unique individual to meet them where they're at. For me, it's not about being an extra parent, but about supporting the awesome parents they already have.

Bria has been watching my three children for almost nine years. When she is home college visiting, she will phone me to see if I need her at anytime. Bria is always punctual and loves my children which is a major plus for me. I have three children two girls ages 5 and 4 and a son who is 9. Anyone who knows my children, know that they can be a handful however, Bria doesn't fret, she takes it as a challenge and completes every task no matter how "crazy" things might get. I would recommend Bria to anyone because she is compassionate and loves my children. I have no doubt in my mind that she would not love anyone else that much more.
