Making a difference in people's lives is my calling. For three years, I've provided compassionate home health support, focusing on helping adults and seniors maintain their well-being and independence. I assist with daily living tasks, mobility, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and physical activity. I understand the challenges that can arise, especially with memory care needs. I am experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, redirecting attention, and adapting to changing routines. I prioritize respecting my care recipients' independence. I communicate regularly with families using their preferred method, including written reports and text or phone updates. I am patient, calm, professional, and detail-oriented. I have a car and "SOME HIGH SCHOOL" education. I am also CPR and First Aid certified. Knowing I can bring peace of mind to families while enriching the lives of their loved ones is why I love what I do.
