I genuinely love helping people and feel honored to support seniors in their daily lives. I especially enjoy listening to elders' stories and life experiences--there's real wisdom there, and I value the trust it takes to share it. I have experience working and volunteering in senior centers, as well as caring for elderly family members and neighbors. I'm comfortable providing both companionship and hands-on care, including meal preparation, medication management, light housekeeping, transportation, mobility assistance, dressing, and hygiene support. I'm also comfortable with heavier lifting when needed and always prioritize safety and dignity.
