I'd describe my personality as goofy, intelligent, and nerdy. I like working with kids because they are so genuine. We as adults can get very cynical, and children remind us not to take life too seriously. They are also great at (unintentionally) humbling us when we need it. I'm also a very empathetic person so caregiving comes naturally to me. I started working with kids after the pandemic. I had worked in grocery for years and wanted to do something more important with my time, so I got a job as a TA in a SPED classroom and went back to school to get my BA in Early Childhood Development and a Multiple Subject Teaching credential. I have almost finished my degree (only need to complete student teaching during the 2025/26 school year).
