My husband and I can describe Brenna in 1 word: AWESOMENESS! She is a great communicator, punctual, and reliable. Brenna helped us out in a lurch when another house cleaner was a no-show. She arrived within a few hours of reaching out to her, and she did an excellent job with basic cleaning of our home, screened in patio, and garage! She possesses a refreshing can-do spirit and great work ethic. Brenna was also very considerate of our concerns with COVID and took the necessary PPE measures. She's a delight to have in our home; we love her lightheartedness and respectfulness. Brenna is also quick to read, invites feedback, and asks good questions for the tasks at hand. The world needs more people like Brenna! As a result, we hired her permanently for biweekly cleaning of our 2 BR/2 BA home and some food prep. Needless to say, we are thrilled! :)
