To whom it may concern, I am a certified nursing assistant with over 20 years experience in providing exceptional medical care and support to patients. My experience over the past 20 years have allowed me to become highly skilled in performing such task of patient care which include: dressing, bathing, toileting, feeding, transfers, medication management, light housekeeping, meal preparation and assisting with rehabilitative exercises. I am also able to take and document vital signs, weight and intake and output. As an experienced and compassionate nursing assistant, I have been regarded as resourceful and reliable with a strong ability to build relationships with patients as well as families, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment.
