For more than 30 years, I have dedicated my professional life to supporting individuals with diverse abilities and support needs. My experience includes a 24-year career with the Orange County Department of Education, along with more than 30 years providing private in-home care. I genuinely love what I do. Building relationships, celebrating progress, and helping each individual discover their strengths and abilities brings me purpose and joy. I have extensive experience supporting individuals on the autism spectrum, those with Down syndrome, developmental disabilities, communication disorders, and behavioral challenges. My approach is calm, patient, and individualized, with safety, dignity, and respect always my highest priorities. I work closely with families to support routines, behavior goals, life skills, independence, and community participation while providing dependable, compassionate care.
