Excellent attitude and extremely comfortable to be around

Brenda is a very reliable, honest and trustworthy person. She was my executive housekeeper for over a year  she ran y home like it was her own, she was in charge of all the cleaning, laundry, sorting my clothes for dry cleaning and making sure that my other workers were doing their tasks. she always went above and beyond to do her duties and sometimes did more chores without having to be asked. I would re-hire her without a doubt in my mind, unfortunately I moved out of state and had to terminate employment. She was extremely organized and did a great job I never had a problem with her. She would take feedback very well and would ask if she needed any improvement, she always made sure she was on task. If there was any changes needed she would do them with out ever complaining or hesitation. From time to time she would take care of my three children and ran errands for me, if I ever needed cooking done or other tasks she would help out if my other employees were not available. 

Brenda seemed like a wonderful person who would be a great nanny. We ended up not needing her at the present time but hope to be able to use her in the future. She was very enthusiastic and just a positive person who seemed like she would be easy to work with and a positive force in kids lives 

My interest in Brenda waned when I couldn't clear up the caller ID name.  It was not Brenda's name, nor could she verify whose name appeared, i.e., not family, not known.  When I called the number she gave me, a man answered and was rude - said he had no idea who Brenda was and hung up on me.


Great personality. Great caregiver. Ready to take care of any task assigned to her. Will hire her again if needed.

Brenda is very hard working, she's considerate, and punctual. She started with cleaning our house, she's even been able to fill in by doing some babysitting during the week between the end of school and summer school for our boys. It was last minute but she was able to fill in for the whole week. She continues to clean our house daily, we trust her with access to the house alone. She takes direction and in fact solicits feedback so she can do a better job.

Brenda was punctual, helpful, friendly, and did an amazing job on a difficult apartment cleaning. She really came through when I was in a pinch and had to get the place clean quickly, and it turned out to be a lot more work than I realized. She and her team did a tremendous amount of work in a short time span, and she deserves a great review!
