I have been teaching for 9 years as a substitute teacher and special education assistant. Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching philosophy. With nine years of experience, I specialize in English, Science, History, and Study Skills for elementary and middle school students. I hold a college degree and maintain a certification in Individualized Education Programs (IEP). I adapt my approach by using visual aids, hands-on activities, and real-world examples to make complex concepts accessible. By breaking down difficult problems into manageable steps, I help students build the confidence they need to succeed. I value open communication with families to ensure we are working as a collaborative team.
