Brenda is the hardest worker I've ever seen. I would recommend Brenda for house cleaning over anybody. She is very thorough and does a great job every time. 

I was really hesitant to leave a public review, but after a few days and seeing how much of the house was left unfinished, I felt it was important to share my experience. Brenda’s communication leading up to the appointment was great. She was proactive, kept me updated, and made scheduling easy.

I have a 4-bedroom, 4-bath home (2 adults, no pets or kids), and she estimated it would take about 7–8 hours to clean. She arrived in the morning and worked a full day, and I genuinely appreciated the effort she put into what she did complete.

The challenge was that a significant portion of the home wasn’t cleaned. For example, the shower glass was done, but the shower floor and shelves weren’t touched. Toilets were cleaned, but the bathroom floors weren’t mopped. I only know this because there were a few marks on the floor before she arrived that were still there after she left, so it was clear those areas didn’t get cleaned. My living room floor and downstairs bathroom were handled, but the kitchen, stove, countertops, and floor, was skipped entirely.

It’s possible the time estimate didn’t match the actual scope. I’m not sure. I just know the house was already in a pretty clean state to begin with, so it was surprising to see so much undone after a full day of work.

What she did clean, she cleaned well. I just wish the full home had been completed within the timeframe we discussed. If you have a smaller space or can allot more hours, you may not run into the same issue.

Brenda is so detailed in her work. I am hard to please when it comes to housekeeping, and Brenda has exceeded my expectations the last two times we have had her here. So glad we found her! Her quality of work is superb! 

Ms. Brenda's cleaning style is beyond comparison to any other housekeeper. If I could give her more than five stars I would. I used to have a different service and they were in and out in under two hours with the job half complete. So I decided to try Ms. Brenda, and I am so happy I did. When I walk into the house, I smell cleanliness, which brings a smile to my face and a song in my heart, "Oh Happy Day" I highly recommend her to anyone that wants a smile brought to their face and a song in their heart. By the way, she is very patient and kind with my fur babies. They love her.

Mrs. Brenda provides FANTASTIC cleaning services! She has been with our family for over a year and not only is she a professional, she is a wonderful and kind person! Her cleaning services are out of this world and you will not regret hiring her. Do yourself and your home a favor and hire her ASAP!

She is the type of person you have to tell her to stop or she will perpetually clean your house so well that you will be afraid to enter it and ruin its new pristine state.
I have had other cleaning personnel before Brenda but when Brenda was done I realized what the others called clean was not really clean, and she did it in a whirlwind of speed too. 
I would hire Brenda every day of the week and thrice on Sunday.
She is my regular cleaner now.
Also, she is punctual and is very friendly and professional.
