About Brenda

I was really hesitant to leave a public review, but after a few days and seeing how much of the house was left unfinished, I felt it was important to share my experience. Brenda’s communication leading up to the appointment was great. She was proactive, kept me updated, and made scheduling easy. I have a 4-bedroom, 4-bath home (2 adults, no pets or kids), and she estimated it would take about 7–8 hours to clean. She arrived in the morning and worked a full day, and I genuinely appreciated the effort she put into what she did complete. The challenge was that a significant portion of the home wasn’t cleaned. For example, the shower glass was done, but the shower floor and shelves weren’t touched. Toilets were cleaned, but the bathroom floors weren’t mopped. I only know this because there were a few marks on the floor before she arrived that were still there after she left, so it was clear those areas didn’t get cleaned. My living room floor and downstairs bathroom were handled, but the kitchen, stove, countertops, and floor, was skipped entirely. It’s possible the time estimate didn’t match the actual scope. I’m not sure. I just know the house was already in a pretty clean state to begin with, so it was surprising to see so much undone after a full day of work. What she did clean, she cleaned well. I just wish the full home had been completed within the timeframe we discussed. If you have a smaller space or can allot more hours, you may not run into the same issue.
