Hello! My name is Brendan. Supporting the well-being and independence of seniors is a true passion of mine. I have one year of caregiving experience, a graduate degree, and current First Aid training. I am responsible, dependable, patient, and compassionate, and I understand the trust families place in a caregiver. I can assist with healthy meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, and other daily needs. I also have experience adapting to changing routines, responding to behavioral changes, and gently redirecting attention during stressful moments.
