With seven years of experience caring for the elderly and five years driving children and special needs adults as a school bus driver, I've developed patience, safety awareness, and a nurturing approach-qualities essential for childcare. As a bus driver, I ensured children felt safe, listened to, and cared for, especially those with special needs. My background in elder care has strengthened my adaptability, attentiveness, and ability to provide emotional support. I pride myself on being professional, friendly, and reliable.
