I have worked with children and families with Typical & Special Needs from ADHD to Autism at all spectrum levels. My passion is for children in general, because when I look at a child that is what I see first and foremost. I work with the child and the disorder is secondary. I see each child as an angel that the Lord has blessed us all with. My motto is treat the child not just the disorder. I will team up with the child and parents to develop a curriculum that is appropriate for child and family. I will help empower the family with info on child development and the special needs, so that they could advocate for their child in society, the community and the school system. I also help families learn to cope with daily routines and life issues, which can become more complicated when special needs are added to the mix. I also help couples stay in tact, by teaching them couple enriching techniques, to utilize through difficult times.
