About Brenda

Creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children is my passion. My six years of babysitting experience prior to my career as a registered nurse have solidified my desire to positively impact young lives and support families by offering reliable care. I hold a college degree and have completed coursework in Early Child Development. I am also trained in CPR. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational games with children. I am comfortable with technology-based games as well. I am happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to household rules and preferred communication methods. I provide verbal updates at pickup and written daily reports. I am comfortable caring for one child at a time. I look forward to the opportunity to bring my experience and enthusiasm to your family.
