About Brenda

Hi! My name is Brenda, and I have a passion for helping kids especially elementary aged students learn, grow, and build confidence in their abilities. I began tutoring two years ago at my local elementary school and an after-school youth program, where I discovered how rewarding it is to support children as they reach their academic goals. Three words that describe my personality are patient, encouraging, and dependable. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, spending time with family and friends, being creative, and participating in community activities. My top three tutoring skills are communication, patience, and the ability to make learning fun and engaging. Families should hire me because I genuinely care about each child's success, create a positive learning environment, and am committed to helping students build both their skills and confidence.
