I'd describe my personality as naturalist, patient, creative I like tutoring because I like learning about an individual to best help them learn & grow! Very satisfying! I'm looking for a job that is recurring - the more I learn about a child the better I can serve them a profitable education. I started tutoring when years ago when my kids were in elementary & I saw kids who struggled and wanted to help. In my spare time, I like to play/train dogs, cars/driving, games & gardening. One thing you should know about me is I have resources for a variety of learning skills = visual, verbal, hands-on, musical, physical, etc My skills include 1. Build relationship with students (trust & comfort), 2. scaffolding = helping kiddos up the learning ladder with encouragement to figure answers/problem solve instead of dragging them up, 3. celebrate success! 4. Certified CPR & first aid
